Interaction:
Be cautious with the following medication :
- Medications for diabetes (Antidiabetes drugs) interacts with FENUGREEK
- Medications such as Anticoagulant / Antiplatelet drugs interact with fenugreek that slow blood clotting might increase the risk of bruising and bleeding.
- Warfarin (Coumadin) interacts with FENUGREEK might increase the chances of bruising and bleeding.
- Theophylline interacts with fenugreek it might reduce the effects of theophylline.
Precaution :
- Avoid Pregnant and breastfeeding women it might cause malformation in the baby, as well as early contraction and before delivery, which may cause the newborn to have an unusual body color.
- Avoid Children and allergic people.
- Avoid before surgery because it slows blood clotting, and causes extra bleeding during and after surgery so stop taking fenugreek for at least 2 weeks.
